To safeguard your rights and interests regarding course access, learning services, and after-sales support, effective January 1, 2026, all courses and related services provided by the Company shall be conducted exclusively through the Company’s officially designated service channels and paid only via officially designated payment accounts.

1. Official Service and Communication Channels

The Company communicates with learners regarding course consultation, purchase, and services only through publicly announced official customer service channels or business-authorized accounts.

To protect your transaction security and service rights, you are encouraged to verify in advance whether the communication account you are engaging with is officially authorized or business-related to the company. Any personal contact details, private accounts, or communication channels that cannot be reasonably associated with the company's business do not represent the company.

2. Official Payment Methods

The Company accepts payments for courses and related services solely through its officially designated corporate payment accounts, and shall not collect fees via any non-official or unauthorized payment channels.

3. Applicable Scope of the Feedback and Reward Mechanism

If, in the course of an established business communication with the Company regarding course consultation, purchase, or services, and based on such business communication or guidance, you encounter:

  • Communications conducted outside the Company's official or business-authorized channels;
  • or Payment instructions inconsistent with the Company's officially designated payment accounts,

you are encouraged to promptly report the matter—either before or after making payment—through the Payment Supervision & Complaint Channels, to assist the Company in verification and follow-up handling.

Where you are able to provide clear, accurate, and verifiable payment records, together with relevant communication evidence demonstrating that the abnormal conduct is identifiable and traceable to communications or guidance directly associated with the Company's business, the Company will offer a reward equal to two (2) times the amount of the relevant transaction, as a token of appreciation for your assistance in maintaining service integrity, payment compliance, and customer rights protection.

4. Exclusions

The reward mechanism under this statement does not apply to:

  • Activities conducted by third parties with no actual business relationship with the Company;
  • Independent transactions not arising from the Company's course consultation, purchase, or service processes;
  • Other circumstances that cannot be reasonably linked to the Company’s official or business-authorized channels.

5. Historical Matters

If you have any compliance-related concerns regarding communications or payments made prior to January 1, 2026, you may contact the Company through the Payment Supervision & Complaint Channels for verification assistance. Upon confirmation that the relevant circumstances fall within the applicable scope and conditions above, the feedback and reward mechanism shall likewise apply.
